10 minutes workout for a superfit body

Good results come with commitment and discipline!!

If you’re a busy person who has no time for hitting the gym or following a particular diet plan, don’t be disheartened. We sure have ways to figure things around your busy life that will change your body for good. If all unrealistic fitness goals sadden you, then you’re in the right place, reading the perfect article, because what you’re about to learn is pretty astonishing.

Yes!! Give only 10 mins of your early morning time to this routine religiously, and see what it does to your body. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be the person that knows how to do pushups or hold any sort of intense work out postures. This may sound too good to be true but it’s actually both, too good and gospel. I promise this will change your life along with your body for good, given that you practice this EVERY SINGLE day with discipline.


Consistency is KEY!

Every morning, 7 minutes of stretching and 3 minutes of jumping jacks , will change your body completely. If you can invest more of your precious rush hour time, you’re most welcome. Even better! But for those who are on super tight schedules, 10 minutes every day will work.

This is something that has helped me throughout all these years to stay in shape even  after surviving  the most inactive days. Stretching and I are long time buddies.

My journey from fat to fit is totally worth giving stretching a major credit. Stretching is the deliberate lengthening of muscles in order to increase muscle flexibility and joint range of motion. It’s very important for work out masters or even for lazy couch potatoes to not forget the importance of it.

How to stretch?

  1. Stand against a wall and stretch your arms in upward direction pointing them towards the roof. Lift your toes and place yourself perpendicular to the wall stretching your toes, calves, thighs, stomach, back, neck , arms and even fingers. Hold this position for 1 minute. Continue for 2-3 times based on how your body feels.
  2. Raise your both hands parallel to the ground, take support from the wall, and move your thighs like you’re on an elliptical trainer. Do this for a minute.

  4. Last but not the least- jumping jacks – Jumping Jacks wake you up and promotes muscle relaxation and warms you up for an active day.

Also, apparently many celebrity trainers swear by this fitness mantra. They may miss their workout sessions due to tight schedules but they never miss this part of their morning routine. The good part is, it comes handy, no matter where you are or how busy your schedule is – you can always stick to this – most reliable mini work out regime.


Commit yourself to 10 minutes of this every day and be ready for a surprise.


It’s even more effective if followed by drinking warm water with with one full lemon and few drops of honey. Some people drink it before their stretching while some others, after. TBH, I like doing it after as before might make me feel a little fuller , especially for the jumping jacks.


Start with basic stretching and once your body feels comfortable, move up. There’s plenty of apps in the market or even a good YouTube video on stretching. If you go to a gym, ask your trainer about it.
